How can I tell if my device’s battery is fully charged?

During charging, your device will show a solid green light if it is fully charged and solid red light if it is charging.Within the app you’ll see what percentage charged it is.

How long should a fully charged battery last?

For the Upright GO 2: A full battery should last up to 35 hours. For the Upright GO S: A full battery should last up to 20 hours.
