How can I reset or change my password?

If you’d like to change your password, tap “Forgot password” on the login screen under the password field. 

You’ll have two options for resetting your password:

1. Via email: An email with a link to set a new password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 
2. By connecting your UPRIGHT GO To do this, you’ll need to connect your UPRIGHT GO to the app to verify your account. Make sure your device is on; then follow the “Forgot password” wizard to pair it with the app.
