Beta Terms and Agreements
- You must be 18 and above to participate in this program.
- You agree to give the company the following information:
a. Full name
b. Email
c. Phone number
d. Address
e. Credit card info - The selling price of the Upright GO S is 59.95$.
- In order to process your request to participate in the Beta program, you’ll be asked to use your CC via a secured purchase.
- Your credit card will be charged in the amount of $59.95, a confirmation email for the purchase with a tracking number will be sent once the purchase is completed.
- Shipping fees to the customer’s address are on the expanse of the company.
- Participation in the Beta program is limited to 250 units in total on the basis of “first comes, first serve”
- A 100% discount will be given to participants who will complete a min. of 2 surveys.
- The first survey will be sent at the end of the first day of use, the second survey will be sent at the end of the 5th training day.
- The “Upright GO S” package will contain the following:
a. Upright GO S
b. Quick start guide with instructions on how to download the Upright app
c. Black travel case
d. Micro USB (Type-A) to USB-C charging cable
e. 5 adhesives
f. Adhesive removal tool
g. Alcohol pads - Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the address provided.
- The shipping time frame will be between 3-5 business days NOT including the day of order and weekends.
- Due to covid-19 restrictions, shipping time may change.
- Customers that wish to withdraw their participation from the program and receive a refund will require to notify the company by email to hello@uprightpose.com and return the device to the following addresses:

- YOU UNDERSTAND THAT GIVEN THE NATURE OF THIS BETA TEST, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE EXPECTED RESULTS (OR ANY RESULTS) SHALL BE OBTAINED, AND THE COMPANY PROVIDES NO WARRANTY NOR OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT THERETO. IN ANY EVENT, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY AND/OR ANYONE ON ITS BEHALF SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY.
- THE DEVICE AND APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DEVICE OR THE APLLICATION WILL MEET USER’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION THEREOF WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR SAFE.
- This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising with respect to this agreement, the License or the use or misuse of the device and app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Israel. User hereby irrevocably waives any right to trial by jury with respect to any dispute arising as aforementioned.
